THE EVENT

Q. Who do I contact?
A.  Contact Lanita Lukens for all your event registration questions.

Q.  Can my spouse attend?
A. Yes! Spouses are welcome. However, if they are not able to attend the event, they can watch most of the sessions online: http://allstaff.life.church/.

Q. Do I need to register?
A.  Yes!  Be sure to register you and your spouse (if applicable).
Note:  If you and your spouse both work at Life.Church, please register separately.

Q.  How do I register?
A.  Registration is now closed. Please contact Lanita Lukens if you have questions.

Q.  What about childcare?
A.  Please watch this short video from Jerry. Nursing moms will have access to a private room with a live video feed from the auditorium.

TRAVEL

Q. Who will make travel arrangements for staff and spouses?
A. Staff members will book air and car rentals for themselves and spouses. The Purchasing Team will make hotel reservations. Visit the Travel page for more details.

Q.  What is the dress code for the event?

Monday Evening – Casual + Team Shirt Color

Wednesday Daytime – Casual (It’s competition time!)

Q.  What’s planned for this year’s Family Reunion?
A.  All activities will be at the OKLAHOMA CITY CAMPUS.  Be sure to check out the Schedule so you won’t miss an event.  You’re going to love it.

Team Meetings

Q: Who do I contact if I need to reserve a room for a team meeting?
A: Reserve a room through a calendar invite in Outlook. It’s first come, first served. Be mindful of larger teams. If your team is smaller, please select a smaller room.

Monday Evening – 5:00-9:00pm – October 2, 2017

Dinner / Worship / Speaker @ Oklahoma City Campus

Q: What time does the Kick-off Event start?
A: This year’s event will begin at 5:45pm with Dinner @ the Oklahoma City Campus. But come early — the photo booth opens at 5:00pm!

Q: What should I wear?
A: Keep it casual and wear your team’s shirt color. (Each team is selecting a color of shirt to wear on Monday night. Check with your team leader for your shirt color.)

Q: What are we eating?
A: Buffet dinner. See menu for details.

Q: Is my spouse invited?
A: Yes! If you have already registered as a staff member, and you have not registered your spouse to attend, please contact Lanita Lukens.

Worship /  DLT / TED Talks / Lunch / Leadership Time @ Oklahoma City Campus

Q: What time do Tuesday’s activities begin?
A: 9:00am – Oklahoma City Campus Auditorium

Q: Is breakfast being served?
A: Breakfast will not be served on Tuesday. However, be sure to look for the awesome snacks and beverages available.

Q: What’s for lunch?
A: Baked potato bar. See menu for details.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Casual

Q: Are spouses invited?
A: Of course! If you have not registered your spouse, please contact Lanita Lukens.

A: The dinner and evening program is for staff and spouses.

Q: What should I wear? 
A: Casual.

After Party @ Main Event in Oklahoma City

Q: Is there an After Party this year?
A:  Yes! And registration for staff and spouses is required. Check out the After Party page for details.

Q: Who can attend the After Party? 
A: Life.Church staff and spouses. No kiddos, please.

Wednesday Daytime – 8:00-11:00am – October 3, 2017

Breakfast / Color Run @ Oklahoma City Campus

Q: Is breakfast being served?
A: Yes – and it will be awesome! (See menu for details.) Breakfast will be available before and after the Color Run.

Q: What time should I be at the OKC Campus?
A: Breakfast @ 8:00am. Color Run begins at 9:00am.

Q: Do I need to register for the Color Run?
A: Yes! Register here.

Q: What’s for lunch?
A: The event ends before lunch. Lunch will be on your own!

Q: What time is the event over on Wednesday?
A: We will wrap up around 11:00am.

Q: Do I need to do anything before I leave Wednesday?
A: We will help Oklahoma City put their campus back in order. Please check with your team leader to see if your team has been assigned to help with this task.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Casual – it’s competition time after all!
